While the bulk of this book is made available on this site for use under a Creative Commons license, I also am providing additional materials for individuals, especially those who have been through some of the hard knocks I have in having to learn how online commerce works.

I am not offering any sort of coaching for pay or for free. I’ve got over a thousand pages of research which didn’t make it into the book. So I’m making this available to a trusted few who deserve it and more.

The secured pages are lessons reserved for those individuals who qualify – and they know who they are. They’ve earned far more than this.

And so the most recent discoveries are made available inside, as well as comment replies which clarify anything in the book.
