I’ve put this book together from notes I’ve made over the last few years as I had to teach myself how to market my own books as an author who lives in the Middle of the  Midwest, well away from any publishing centers or big cities I could pitch my book to massed crowds of consumers.

(Not that many people really like to do that, particularly us writers.)

5. Pithy, opinionated commentary interjected at inappropriate times, particularly about how “marketers” (scammers) say you can  “make money online”.

Now, this hasn’t taken off as fast as I wanted. So this post is really a holding piece while I get the other stuff ready.

As I mentioned before, the entire book is being blogged. So if you just subscribe to this blog, you’ll get the entire thing sent to you over a couple of months. If you’re just finding this and I have a lot of posts already going – well you can either buy my book on Lulu.com or do a lot of page-scraping (site mirroring) to get the same result.

But no, the content on those CD’s stay there…
